Summer Rec Ball

PGSL Summer Rec Ball consists of practice squads at each level in which there is adequate player interest. This program is focused on player summer activity, skill development, and fun with softball. It's a good opportunity for player to keep their skills sharp and also learn new things.

Ages

4-14 as of the previous September 1st

When

The season begins in mid May and runs until the end of July.

Where

Our home field and two lane batting cage are located at Cabrillo School.

Practices

1-2 practices per week

Games

There will be no games, but could potentially be a local recreational tournament or friendly scrimmages.

Jerseys

If needed, jerseys will be provided. Many times, the summer rec teams use their jerseys from Spring Ball as matching is not necessary.

Extra Costs

There could be extra costs if the team plays in a tournament, estimated at $50 per tournament.
