Fall Ball
PGSL Fall Ball is a season for the year round 8U and up players to keep their skills sharp in a less intense environment in terms of schedule and level of competition. The the goal of Fall ball is 100% player development with an emphasis at many players learn new positions. Similar to spring, teams are are still formed via a formal drafting process. Select ball is also an option for those seeking a more competitive experience, but that would be in addition to one's primary fall team. At the end of fall, an all star team will be formed that will compete in one or more winter tournaments, including the Tournament for Tots one in San Carlos, CA in early December.
Ages
The following programs are available for registration based on a player's age as of the most recently passed September 1st.
8U - Ages 7-8
10U - Ages 9-10
12U - Ages 11-12
14U - Ages 13-14
When
The season begins in late August runs until playoffs in early November.
Where
Our home field and two lane batting cage are located at Cabrillo School. Additional locations in Pacifica may be used for practices when the days get short.
Practices are held at these locations while game are held either here or at opponent fields from San Bruno to Foster City (except 6U, which is all in Pacifica).
