The Pacifica Girls Softball League (PGSL) board is a parent-driven, volunteer organization. The PGSL’s mission is to provide an opportunity for girls ages 4-14 to play softball in a positive, fair, instructional, and safety-oriented environment with an emphasis on the development of qualities such as leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, citizenship, and friendship. We hope to positively influence the girls to enrich their lives on the playing field and in the community.

• Schedule practices and games
• Plan seasons with other leagues
• Maintain our playing fields
• Ensure games are properly staffed
• Reach out to local businesses for support
• Coordinate volunteers to help with the snack shack
• Plan fundraising events
